Macro Quality Gates
The macro pipeline applies stricter filters than asset-specific news:

| 3 | Source allowlist | Only pre-approved trusted publishers |
| 4 | Macro keyword | Title or summary must contain at least one macro keyword |
| 5 | Sentiment | Non-neutral required (exception: Tier-1 sources pass even if neutral) |
Deduplication: Articles already seen in the current cycle (identified by URL) are discarded before saving, preventing the same story from appearing multiple times via different proxy ETFs.
